MACËY is a band from Adelaide, South Australia blending modern hip-hop production with nostalgic Nu Metal and Grunge sensibilities. Originating from the late 2010s SoundCloud scene, MACËY has blossomed to include elements of Hyperpop, Alternative rock, and Dark RnB. Since 2021, the group have been known for their dynamic live shows, transitioning from explosive punk anthems to heartfelt ballads at a break-neck pace. MACËY depicts the trials and tribulations of growing up in the modern age, covering lyrical themes of nostalgia, heartbreak, political turmoil, and self-discovery.

Adelaide's ambitious trio Choosing Sides are gaining traction, with intricate musicality and immersive crowd experiences. Since brothers Will and Frankie picked up their instruments at ages four and seven, they have drawn inspiration from Brit-pop power houses Foals, Wolf Alice, Arctic Monkeys, Bring Me the Horizon and Declan Mckenna. With Ella's focus on guitar tones and alt-rock shoegaze inspired production -the band is quickly transforming their sound. In 2024 they are re-emerging with an ambitious, cinematic wall-of-sound set in a contagious alt-rock package.
