Neat Collective

A celebration of community and music! Presented by Neat Collective, This event features a line-up of exciting musical acts and visual artists. The Condos, known for their brooding post punk with a dark disco backing, have made a name for themselves in the underground scene with their strong EPs and impressive performances. PLASTIQ makes their debut Adelaide performance with a fusion of dark electro-pop, hip hop, and IDM, creating a sci-fi explosion of sound. The High Beamers, a local rock n roll trio, feature talented musicians from various Adelaide bands and deliver no-frills post-pandemic rock with a hint of nostalgia. Visual artist Joe F adds to the experience with his expertise in analog video aesthetics and custom designed lighting, creating portals to different worlds and transforming 3D space.

THE CONDOS:
Brooding post punk with a dark disco backing, The Condos are one of Adelaide's most exciting groups, having carved a niche for themselves across the musical underground with a series of strong EPs and excellent performances. Their sound lies somewhere between Joy Division and an 1980s Italian discotech.

PLASTIQ (Naarm):
The debut Adelaide performance from PLASTIQ (Naarm), presenting a sonic tapestry of dark electro-pop, hip hop, IDM and more swirled into an explosion of sonic sci-fi, real life glitch, and hyper-reality.

Old and new combine with a sense of optimism and wonder. Comprised of producer / instrumentalist Moses Carr and vocalist / producer Quartz Pistol. Moses’ signature thumping drums and expectation-defying arrangements are counterbalanced with Quartz’ raw and sweetly urgent vocals.

THE HIGH BEAMERS:
Adelaide rock n roll (sometimes) trio with a penchant for the beautiful and melancholic. Humble to a fault, The High Beamers feature some of Adelaide's most talented musicians with an eclectic grasp of sound and style. Featuring members of Men With Chips, Dom and the Wizards. Purr, Ricky Albeck and the belair line band, Fair Maiden and more, The High Beamers deliver no frills post pandemic rock with a hint of unintentional nostalgia.

JOE F (lighting and visuals):
Adept at exploring mood and atmosphere, Joe F has been creating excitement around Adelaide with his eclectic mix of analog video aesthetics and custom designed lighting. An expert at reimagining tight spaces and creating portals to different worlds, thinking outside the box and transforming 3D space.
